Terms of Service

All plants are unique, by placing an order you agree that you will not receive the exact specimen pictured but rather the same kind of plant (genus/species) and the size described on the listing. Height, length, and fullness will vary.

Our team selects each plant, and we always strive to pick the best specimens depending on availability. On some occasions and depending on availability, we may substitute a plant or item with one of equal or higher value while maintaining the same plant family, type, variety, or kind.

Due to plants being living organisms, they will change and adapt to their new environment. Plants are not meant to be perfect products and may have some cosmetic imperfections (including but not limited to small tears, blemish, or brown spots), which do not mean the health of the plant is compromised. All of our plants go through inspection for common pests at our greenhouse, and before fulfillment, if your plant gets a bug/pest after we’ve delivered, we can’t be liable. Please inspect your plant(s) upon delivery/pick up so any issues can be reported within 24 hours of fulfillment.

Pickups & Deliveries

When placing an order for pick up, you agree to pick up only after you receive a notification from us (email or text message) and to do so within our business hours. We may change these hours with or without notice, so please check prior.

When you place an order for delivery, due to liability and to protect you and our drivers during the COVID-19 pandemic, please know that our drivers cannot deliver to your apartment/unit if you live in an apartment building/complex, instead, they’ll deliver your items at the lobby or mailroom. Our drivers call or text once they’ve arrived at your address.

We hire our own drivers to deliver our plants but due to the nature of delivery, in some cases, there might be small accidents such as leave breakage or blemishing. If your plant or items arrive dead/broken, please report an issue. Up to our sole discretion, we’ll issue replacements or swaps.

Refunds Policy

All purchases are final

We don’t offer any refunds. If an item is defective upon delivery or a plant is dead when received, we’ll replace such item for another one of equal value or issue store credit.

Once you place an order online, you have 30 minutes to request a cancellation, after that period we can’t cancel your order for any reason.

We offer a 7-day guarantee window on all plants. After this period we are not liable for the condition or care the plant has received.

It is our sole discretion to issue store credit or a replacement. If you have an issue with your plant please report an issue. There’s a limit of 1 replacement per order if approved.
